When Ferndale Labs decided to create a subsidiary specializing in aesthetic medicine, it asked Idiom to create this new company’s name. The result, Biopelle, demonstrates the effectiveness of our Lingtwistics technique in creating names that are at once meaningful, attractive and easy to pronounce or spell. It combines “bio-“ (Greek, life) with “pelle” (French, skin) to create a distinctive new word able to be registered as a trademark and URL.
